GM CEO G. RICHARD WAGONER, AND THE GM BOARD OF DIRECTORS, WILL
INTENTIONALLY KILL YOUR FAMILY.... FOR A PROFIT GM
Sucks
Voluntary Manslaughter
by GM CEO and Board of Directors
Manslaughter is a legal term for the killing
of a human being, in a manner considered by law as less culpable then murder. GM
Sucks The actual conduct of CEO G. Richard Wagoner, and the GM
Board of Directors, is actually in the gray area between intentional murder, and voluntary manslaughter. GM Sucks Either way ... THEY ARE CRIMINALS! GM Sucks GM Sucks Wagoner, and the GM Board of Directors, have set a long "Policy"
that if it is cheaper, to cause the death of children, or a family, then it is to fix a dangerious defect on a GM Vehicle,
they will cause the death of the child, or family. GM Sucks The
bottom line for GM CEO G. Richard Wagoner, and the GM Board of Directors is money. A profit, even if it is not honestly made,
after all GM Governance has no morals. GM Sucks GM Sucks This "Policy" is refered to by GM Governance as "Cost Effective".
If it's more cost effective to endanger their customers, and the public, maybe even kill children, then GM Governance
endangers, or kills them. GM Sucks It's
all about MONEY! GM Sucks GM Sucks GM Governance has caused the death of children, and families, and the only reason they are not in
prison is because of their vast power, and constant Obstruction of Justice, which covers up evidence, as they spread
GM money around to politicans. General Motors General Motors General Motors

At Least 112 People
Killed or Injuried by GM - at least 112 people have been killed or
injured when the "type III" door latches on GM vehicles failed, resulting in occupants being ejected from the vehicles;
- GM's own
engineers reported in the 1980's that the performance of the type III door latch was a "problem,"
"substandard," and "unacceptable," and that the door latch even failed GM's own crash tests;
- a 1982 study by a GM engineer concluded that there
would be 18,000 door openings each year in wrecks involving GM vehicles equipped with type III door latches;
- after it considered -- and rejected -- a recall,
GM documents indicate that it destroyed its entire inventory of type III door latches;
- GM deliberately chose not to recall and fix the defective
door latches because company documents reveal that GM thought a recall would cost too much -- about $916 million; and
- GM routinely settled defective door latch cases
until 1994, which is when an eight-year statute of limitations expired, preventing the federal government from ordering a
recall of the more than 30 million GM cars still on the road with type III door latches. GM told The Wall Street Journal that
the timing was "pure coincidence."

$9.00 (Nine Dollar) SAFETY IMPROVEMENT COULD HAVE SAVED THE ANDERSON FAMILY FROM HORRIFIC BURNS!!!
On Christmas
Eve, 1993, Patricia Anderson drove her four children, ages six to 15, home from church services in their Chevy Malibu. As
Ms. Anderson pulled up to a red light they were rear-ended by another car. The front of the other car was forced partially
underneath her rear bumper and punctured her fuel tank in several places. The leaking fuel ignited, and the car burst into
flames with the force of 108 sticks of dynamite. Patricia and her children suffered
severe and debilitating burns. Eight-year-old Kiontra was burned when, after escaping, she ran back to the car to help get
her younger sister out. Three of Anderson’s four children were burned over 60 percent of their bodies. Last week the Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing on product safety that focused partly on
the Chevy Malibu case as an example of egregious corporate misconduct. What makes
this story even more tragic is that the injuries suffered were wholly preventable. General Motors knew for several decades
that the placement of the fuel tank in the Malibu made the car unreasonably dangerous and at risk of exploding in the event
of a rear collision. Yet instead of putting the safety of families like the Andersons
first, GM made a conscious decision to market a product they knew would kill people. In
an example of Pinto math, an internal GM memo showed that the company estimated that deaths resulting from post-collision
fuel-tank fires cost General Motors $2.40 per car. This calculation was based on an estimate that each life “has a value
of $200,000.” Internal memos also showed that the company had developed an improved design that would do a better job
of protecting the gas tank in collisions. Improving the design would cost the company $8.59 per car. Executives decided not
to do so. In 1999, a jury found that General Motors Corp., in
an effort to cut costs and increase profits, knowingly endangered the lives of their customers and ordered the company
to provide compensation for the horrific burns to the Anderson family. General

Who is Responsible? While we could go on and on, naming case, after case, where General Motors consumers were intentionally
endangered, maimed, and killed, by the governance of GM, all in the name of profit, it is important to know who
is responsible. Prior to G. Richard Wagoner the CEO, and Chairman of General Motors
was John F. Smith, Jr. who carried on the "Cost Effective" murder, and manslaughter, Policy of those running
GM before him. G. Richard Wagoner took over GM and knowingly continued
to intentionally maim, and kill, GM Customers for profit, with the ongoing GM Cost Effective Policy. G. Richard Wagoner, and each member of the GM Board of Directors was made personally aware of illegal
OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE Conduct by GM Employees. The reaction of G. Richard
Wagoner, and the GM Board of Directors, was to conceal, and posabilily illegally destroy, the certified letters we sent them
making them aware of the crimes, and to INCREASE their illegal OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE. G. Richard Wagoner, and the GM Board of Directors, are committing serious Federal Crimes and despite
their vast wealth, and power, THEY BELONG IN FEDERAL PRISON! Please contact the United States Department of Justice and DEMAND a full investigation of the Corporate
Governance of General Motors. GM Sucks Please write the: GM Sucks
