WHERE IS THE A.C.L.U. AND OTHER CIVIL RIGHTS GROUPS ? The American Civil Liberties Union, which promotes itself as being "Freedom's Watchdog, working daily in the Courts to defend individual rights, and personal freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution, and Bill of Rights" has been so busy promoting a political agenda that it has closed it's eyes, and allowed Corrupt Florida Judges to completely destroy the most important right of every citizen in this country. The Constitutional Right to an honest Court System, even if you are a working person, disabled, or on a fixed income unable to hire Counsel. While America is at war, and with our troops in danger fighting for the Constitution, and the ideas this country was founded on, Judges Keith Kyle, John Duryea, and Alane Laboda have tore apart the Constitution, disrespected it with their corruption, and made a mockery of the sacrifice of our troops, fighting, and dying, for those ideas. Indeed, it is a highly decorated 100% Service-Connected Combat Veteran that they have used perjured Affidavits, lies, and dishonest tactics against, making a farce of the Constitutional Rights he fought for. Without Due Process, and a fair Court System, America is no different from the Soviet Union, or Red China. There has to be Impartical, Honest Judges instead of "Gangs" of Attorneys in different power "Cliques", all tied, and connected, together, who hate Pro Se Litigants, and Individual Rights, running Florida's Court System. The Legal System in Florida DOESN'T work! Those entrusted with being the watchdogs, the public protector of corrupt, and dishonest judges, the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission, is tied to political parties, tied to the leadership in the Florida Bar, and tied to other Florida Judges, and attorneys. There is no honesty, or impartically, and the Judicial Watchdogs, the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission, ignores judicial corruption, and even massive criminal conduct in Florida's Courts, when the victim is a Pro Se Litigant, and the crook is a judge with the right "connections". The corrupt Judicial Qualifications Commission with "Superlawyer", and former Florida Bar President, Miles A. McGrane, III, as its Chairman is the PROBLEM causing the corruption. There are too many "Cliques", "Connections", and "Favors" taking place in Florida's Judicial System, and not enough morals, impartically, honesty or Constitutional Conduct. Florida's Judicial System has become such a cesspool of corruption that articles about Florida's Corrupt Court System were appearing in New York Newspapers prompting Governor Criss to ask the Florida Supreme Court for a Statewide Grand Jury on Corruption. The problem is the Statewide Grand Jury is controlled by the same power "Clique" that controls the Florida Bar, and the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission. It's like the mob controls Florida. That is why "Watchdogs", like the A.C.L.U., are so very important. There was a time when the A.C.L.U. stood up for Individual Rights, and the Constitution. Now the A.C.L.U. seems to be asleep, and does not care about individual rights, except when a case generates enough media exposure. The case of Kidwell v. Gibson Guitar will have a profound effect on the Constitutional Rights of every citizen in Florida, because the issue at stake is "Does the Constitution have any effect in Florida" or can arbitrary gangs of corrupt judges do anything they want. Are Florida Citizens entitled to "Meaningful" Access to the Courts. Are they entitled to Due Process. Should the process be honest, or can attorneys pay witnesses to commit perjury, and when caught red-handed committing perjury get by with it when they are "connected" to a gang of judges running the Courts. Kidwell is ASKING the A.C.L.U. to do what it promises to do. To join in the Kidwell v. Gibson Lawsuit contesting the dishonest legal process, and enforcing the United States Constitution, and Individual Rights. If Kidwell loses, and State Officials can quote his case as a jusification for violating the rights of other Florida Citizens, it will be the fault of the A.C.L.U. for refusing to protect citizens rights, in this case where their is so much proof of judicial corruption. Please contact the A.C.L.U. and ask them to protect the right of America's Troops, the rights of Highly Decorated Disabled Combat Veterans like Billy Kidwell, the rights of the working, and retired, and to help Kidwell fight for an HONEST Legal System in Florida. ___________________________________________________
