LETTER TO CHARLOTTE SUN NEWSPAPER EDITOR RESULTS IN FLURRY OF PHONE CALLS FROM VICTIMS OF LOCAL CORRUPTION

A letter to the editor of the Charlotte Sun Newspaper, by the founder of this website, complaining about local corruption in the Court System, has resulted in his phone ringing off the hook by other victims wanting to tell their story.

Where is the F.B.I. ?

The Evidence at This WebSite Proves that at least three Judges in the Charlotte County, Florida, Courthouse KNOWINGLY Accepted a Perjuried Affidavit from a Dishonest Local Attorney, Brian Beason, and used that Illegal Perjured Affidavit, to FIX a lawsuit for the Gibson Guitar Corporation.

As the victim, Billy Kidwell, complained to judge, after judge in the Charlotte County Courthouse, about the ongoing criminal conduct in his lawsuit against Gibson Guitar, he discovered that criminal conduct, bribing witnesses, suborning perjury and fixing cases is how business is done in the Charlotte County Courthouse, and allowed, if it is done by Attorneys, Corrupt Corporations, and extremely wealthy individuals.

Working people, retired people, and the average guy are denied honesty, and fair treatment in the Charlotte County Court House, and would promptly be put in jail, if they engaged in the same, or simular, illegal conduct.

Each time the victim, Billy Kidwell, reported the perjury, the bribing of a witness, the cover-up, and the fixing of his lawsuit, to a judge he was threatened to shut up.

This is not only unconstitutional, violating the Constitutional Right of every citizan to "Equal Protection of the Law", and to an "Impartical Hearing Body", but it is CRIMINAL for judges to fix cases for "friends", for other judges, for attorneys, and for the rich, and powerful while denying everyone else fair, honest treatment.

The Charlotte County Courthouse is a cesspool of corruption and if you have a case in the Charlotte County Courthouse, or had a case there, this website affects YOU.

Your case may have been FIXED by dishonest Attorneys, and corrupt local judges, working together, and you may not have even known it.

If three local judges knowingly accept, and use, a perjured Affidavit in one case, and don't report it to law enforcement, as they cover-up the bribing of a witness, and the Subornation of a Perjured Affidavit by a popular, local attorney, Brian Beason, it's hard to believe that they aren't FIXING other cases too!

Posted at this website is overwhelming proof that Judge Keith Kyle, Judge John Duryea, and Judge Alane C. Laboda, KNOWINGLY accepted a Perjuried Affidavit, which resulted in FIXING a Case, for a local Attorney, Brian Beason, in a lawsuit against the Gibson Guitar Corporation.

That Judge Keith Kyle, Judge John Duryea, and Judge Alane C. Laboda, covered-up, and continue to cover-up, the Subornation of Perjury, and related Felony Conduct, by Attorney Brian Beason.

That Judge Keith Kyle, Judge John Duryea, and Judge Alane C. Laboda have misused their Public Office, and failed to do their DUTY to report perjury, and ongoing felony Criminal Conduct, in their Courtroom, by Attorney Brian Beason, to the proper law enforcement authorities, and to the Florida Bar.

Elected Judges in Florida rely on "Donations" From Fellow Attorneys to get elected. If you go on-line and research the Campaign Treasurer's Report for the judge you are interested in you will find that in most cases 100% of the "Donations" are from fellow attorneys, or in some cases there might be one, or two donations from a doctor, or other professional, who wants the Judge to owe a "favor", or to be "indebted" to them. You never know when they might get sued, and need a judge in their corner.

Donations from the working class, and regular citizens, is extremely rare.

And the conduct of the judges in the Kidwell Case proves that Florida's Judges remember where their political donations come from.
