1. There are eighteen (18) Exhibits in the record of the Gibson Lawsuit that all directly conflict with the alleged facts in the Aggravated Perjured Affidavit of Barbara O'Connell, proving the dates of service of the Summons, and Complaints, the places of Service, and other facts in the Affidavit of Barbara O'Connell are fraudulent.

2. There are  nine (9) Affidavits in the record of the Gibson Lawsuit that all directly conflict with the alleged facts in the Aggravated Perjured Affidavit of Barbara O'Connell, proving the dates of service of the Summons, and Complaints, the places of Service, and other facts in the Affidavit of Barbara O'Connell are fraudulent.

3. There is a long list of eye-witnesses that the Affidavit of Barbara O'Connel is perjured, such as the hired process server, Music City Process in Nashville, and the renter of the house owned by David Berryman in Nashville who was served David Berryman's Lawsuit, the two owners of Gibson Guitar, Henry Juszkiewicz, and David Berryman, who all know the dates, and places of service claimed in the Affidavit of Barbara O'Connell are perjured, and not true.

4. There are three (3) Motions to Quash Service personally signed by Attorney Brian Beason in which the Gibson Defendants, and Attorney Beason, ADMIT the dates, and places of service alleged in the Affidavit of Barbara O'Connell are fraudulent, and perjured.

5. The two owners of Gibson Guitar, and Attorney Brian Beason attached three Affidavits to those three motions to Quash Service they filed in which they ADMIT the Affidavit of Barbara O'Connell is perjured, and that the service of the Summons, and Complaints, did not take place as she described, where she claimed, or on the dates she claimed, under oath.

6. The Governor's Office in Tennessee advised Kidwell, and provided Kidwell with a Manual for Notories in Tennessee proving the Affidavit of Barbara O'Connell was unlawfully administered by an "Agent" of the Gibson Guitar Corporation.

7. The Tennessee Bar Association stated that Barbara O'Connell is NOT a Tennessee Attorney, as strongly implied in the Affidavit, in which she describes practing law in Nashville Tennessee for the Gibson Guitar Corporation.

8. The Tennessee Supreme Court, Division of Law Examiners, informed Kidwell that Barbara O'Connell was NOT the lawful General Counsel of the Gibson Guitar Corporation, as alleged in her Aggravated Perjury Affidavit, because she is NOT a Tennessee Attorney, and had NOT been granted Comity to practice law in Tennessee.

9. Kidwell was further advised to contact law enforcement, by the Tennessee Board of Law Exaniners, and told Barbara O'Connell was engaged in the Illegal, Unauthorized Practice of Law when giving her Aggravated Perjured Affidavit claiming she was the lawful General Counsel of Gibson Guitars.

10. Since Attorney Brian Beason submitted the Affidavit of Barbara O'Connell at the same exact time he submitted three motions, and three other Affidavits proving Barbara O'Connell's Affidavit was perjured, it is BEYOND ANY POSSIBLE DOUBT that the Law Firm of Wilkins, Frohlich, P.A., by means of Attorney Brian Beason, knowingly submitted a Perjured Affidavit to Judge Kyle in a scheme to violate the Constitutional, and Statutory, Rights of the victim, Billy Kidwell, and to intentionally deceive, and commit a Fraud on the Court.

11. Using a "Reasonable Person Standard", any Reasonable Person, from the conduct of the judges, and Attorney Brian Beason, would believe that Attorney Brian Beason conspired with Gibson Guitar Officials, directed, advised, and SUBORNED Aggravated Perjury from Barbara O'Connell, using that Aggravated Perjury to wrongly "fix" the Gibson Lawsuit with the help, and assistance, of all three judges assigned to the Gibson Lawsuit, so far.

The Evidence is simply OVERWHELMING!

 We need to get the F.B.I. to come in, investigate, and prosecute, the dishonest Public Officials, wheeling, and dealing, in the Charlotte County Court House, that have clearly forgotten who they really work for, and what our Constitution means.
