PROOF OF THREE JUDGES COVERING UP CRIMES

Below is a picture of the Guitar Strap being used in Gibson Guitar's Massive Interstate Fraud Scheme.

Please note that the Guitar Strap Packaging clearing says that it is "Gibson Gear, a Genuine Accessory", and STRONGLY implies it is made by the Gibson Guitar Corporation specifically for Gibson Guitars.

That is just the start of the deception since the strap is NOT made by Gibson Guitar, but purchased in massive cheap lots from a strap manufacturer, and packaged to intentionally deceive the purchaser, and make the consumer think it is a Gibson Strap, specifically made by Gibson.

Although the above is dishonest, the clear FRAUD is that the package claims, in no uncertain words, that the strap is "Bench Tested. Builder Approved".

In pre-trial discovery in Kidwell v. Gibson Guitars, Case No. 09-177 CC in the Charlotte County Courthouse in Punta Gorda, Florida the Gibson Guitar Corp. ADMITTED that the Gibson Guitar Strap is NOT Bench Tested by anyone.

Let me repeat this, in the Court Discovery Response Gibson Guitar ADMITTED that their packaging, and advertising, claims that their Guitar Strap is Bench Tested, is an out, and out lie, an act of FRAUD by Gibson Guitar!

Gibson Guitar ADMITTED the advertising, and packaging was FRAUDULENT, that there was NO Bench Test of any kind, on any of their guitar straps.

 In fact, Gibson Guitar ADMITTED that NOT A SINGLE GIBSON GUITAR STRAP IS TESTED IN ANY WAY!

It's all intentional lies, and fraud, carefully caluated by the two owners of the Gibson Guitar Corporation to deceive, and intentionally cheat, tens of thousands of Gibson consumers, to make millions of dollars on a junk guitar strap, not fit to be sold.

This is a Massive Statewide Fraud Scheme cheating thousands, and thousands of consumers.

WHY didn't Judges Keith Kyle, John Duryea, and Alane Laboda do anything when they found out about this Massive Fraud Scheme, in their Court, cheating thousands of consumers, and ripping off millions of dollars?

Why didn't they ask the State Prosecutor's Office to investigate?

Why didn't they report this to the F.B.I. since it is an INTERSTATE Fraud Scheme?

Why did Judges Keith Kyle, John Duryea, and Alane Laboda attack the victim, Billy Kidwell, seeking to shut him up, and try to cover-up all this criminal conduct by Gibson Guitar?

Those Judges know that Gibson Guitar has ADMITTED in their discovery answer that NONE OF THE GIBSON GUITAR STRAPS ARE TESTED, as fraudulently claimed on the packaging.

Yet Judges Keith Kyle, John Duryea, and Alane Laboda have allowed this massive Criminal Fraud Scheme to continue.

Judges Keith Kyle, John Duryea, and Alane Laboda have a DUTY to report fraud, and criminal schemes.

 

We need the F.B.I. to find out the answers.
