CONSUMERS ARE BEING ROBED BLIND IN FLORIDA

Day after day I see fat individuals, in military uniforms, that I KNOW were never in the military, bumming money at traffic lights, pressuring people, saying they are collecting money for Disabled Veterans.

I am a 100% Service-Connected Vietnam Combat Veteran and I have never gotten a penny of the money they have collected.

Ever get a traffic ticket and request a trial in the Charlotte County Courthouse? If you did I'm sure the Court kept putting you off, having you go to Court, spending all day, over, and over, trying to get a trial until you gave up and paid the ticket. Even if you were innocent!

The Judges in Charlotte County have a system where they harass the innocent, having them spend day, after day, coming to Court for hearings on their traffic ticket until they pay the ticket, even if they are innocent, to avoid having to keep coming to Court.

If you are ripped off by your water bill, or electric bill, or sold junk, or swindled by a contractor, if you are cheated in any way you can't do anything because the Florida Court System is rotten to the core, filled with judges that hate the Constitution, and will never give you an honest hearing in Court, unless you are rich enough to afford to hire attorneys.

All citizens a First Amendment Right of "Meaningful" Access to the Court. You have Due Process Rights, and a Fourteenth Amendment Right to Equal Protection of the Law.

However, in Charlotte County Florida those rights DO NOT EXIST!

WHERE IS THE A.C.L.U., THE JUDICIAL QUALIFICATIONS COMMISSION, THE F.B.I. AND OTHER CIVIL RIGHTS "WATCHDOGS"?

The American Civil Liberties Union, which promotes itself as being "Freedom's Watchdog, working daily in the Courts to defend individual rights, and personal freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution and Bill of Rights" has been so busy promoting a political agenda that it has closed it's eyes, and allowed Florida's Attorneys to completely destroy the most important right of every citizen in this country.

The Right of Every Citizen to "Meaningful" Access to the Courts, to Due Process of Law, to Equal Protection of the Law, and to Honest, Fair Treatment from Florida's Judges!

The right(s) of "Meaningful" Access to the Courts, and the right of every American to "Due Process of Law", and "Equal Protection of the Law" do NOT exist in Florida. You must pay an Attorney for them.

The Judicial Qualifications Commission is just as corrupt as the Courts, and is more of a political group, then a credable agency overseeing Florida's Judges. It often completely ignores complaints from regular citizens, or makes up some lie in an attempt to explain their cover-up of the judicial corruption. They are part of the problem.

The F.B.I. is selective and not very protecting of the rights of victims, but rather wants ironclad cases where they can get substantial media exposure.

Regular citizen-victims are just screwed.

 

 The Disabled Veteran-Victim had received information from the Tennessee Governor's Office, and the Tennessee Attorney General, that the Tennessee Affidavit used by Gibson Guitar in the Gibson Lawsuit was illegal because it was notorized by a notery who was an "Agent" of Gibson Guitar, instead of being an "Independent Impartical Elected Notary".

Kidwell was then informed by the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Tennessee Supreme Court, Board of Law Examiners, that the Affidavit submitted by Attorney Beason was perjured, made by a FAKE Tennessee Attorney, and was the "Fruit" on criminal conduct.

Kidwell filed motions explaining that the lawsuit had been rigged with a Fake, Perjured, Illegal Affidavit, and explained the Offices of the Governor of Tennessee, and the Attorney General of Tennessee, stated the Affidavit was illegal, while the he Disabled Veteran-Victim had

while being so extremely bias against citizans who cannot afford Attorneys, that he instructed Attorney Brian Beason on how to file for Sanctions against the victim
