GIBSON GUITAR ADMITTED AN ONGOING INTERSTATE FRAUD SCHEME CHEATING THOUSANDS OF CONSUMERS, AND MAIL FRAUD, THREE FLORIDA JUDGES, AND A FLORIDA ATTORNEY ARE ACCESSORIES, WHERE IS THE F.B.I. ? GIBSON GUITAR ADMITTED A MASSIVE INTERSTATE FRAUD SCHEME In a lawsuit against Gibson Guitar in Florida, Case 09-177CC in Charlotte County, Florida Gibson Guitar ADMITTED the retail advertising on their Gibson Guitar Straps claims that the guitar straps are "BenchTested" and "Builder Approved". In discovery in that lawsuit Gibson Guitar ADMITTED that NONE OF THEIR GUITAR STRAPS ARE BENCH TESTED, as their retal packaging fraudly claims, nor even tested. Gibson stated that the leather used for the end of their guitar strap has one piece out of thousands, tested for thickness, and strength, however their packaging claims that every strap is "Bench Tested", and out of millions of their guitar straps sold, not a single one has been bench tested, as they fraudulently claim on their retail packaging. GIBSON GUITAR ADMITTED THIS IN COURT! Yet Musiciansfriend, Guitar Center, and thousands of other retail outlets continue to rip customers off, selling this defective guitar strap, that according to consumer postings fails on three out of four guitars. WHERE IS THE F.B.I. ? This is an interstate scheme to make millions ripping out consumers with a fraudulent scheme, and fraudulent packaging claims. Why hasn't Gibson Guitar's two sleezy owners, Hendry E. Juszkiewicz, and David H. Berryman, been arrested?
GIBSON GUITAR CAUGHT IN INTERSTATE MAIL FRAUD SCHEME TO RIG A COURT CASE The founder of this website, Billy Kidwell, filed a lawsuit against Gibson Guitar for the fraud above and had a Summons, and Complaint, served on both owners of Gibson Guitar, and on the Gibson Guitar Corporation. a lawsuit against Where is the A.C.L.U. that "claims" to be a watchdog over our Constitutional Rights? Where is the F.B.I. ? ______________________________ Until the laws that protect Civil Rights are enforced, and judges that eagerly violate those laws are put in Federal Prison where they belong, the Constitution is just a farce in Florida, and no citizen has any rights. The gangsters in power can do anything they want. And until Judges Keith Kyle, John Duryea, Alane Laboda, and the Good Old Boy Legal "Clique" they belong to, that is violating federal law, and misusing their Public Office fixing cases, is investigated, and prosecuted, no citizen going before their Courts has any meaningful rights.
